This site specific installation at Factory49 S-P embodies confinement as a gateway. The flag is a piece I have been working on for some time, developed through several facets of research. Our response to a global pandemic has provided the ideal opportunity to release such work through the confines of a virtual vitrine, somewhat encased with all its pent-up intent, yet seen in the context of a moving image or as a subsequent object desiring release.
